Acidni Voice Partner Program Terms

1. Enrollment. Partners apply online and are admitted at Acidni's discretion. Acidni may end participation at any time.
2. Referrals. A referral is a new customer who signs up through your unique link or code within 60 days of the click, is not already a customer, and is not you or your affiliate. Last valid partner link wins.
3. Commission. PLACEHOLDER: 20% of net subscription revenue (excluding taxes, refunds, credits and chargebacks) collected from each referred customer, recurring while the customer remains active and you remain in good standing. [Duration cap, minimum payout and payout schedule to be set.] Commissions are paid monthly, net 30 after month end, once the balance exceeds $[50].
4. Coupons. Partner discount codes may be offered only as Acidni approves, and they reduce the commissionable amount.
5. Conduct. You will not make false or misleading claims (including claims of certifications Acidni does not hold), spam, bid on Acidni brand terms, or make unsolicited calls or texts in violation of the TCPA or CAN-SPAM. Disclose your relationship with Acidni as required by FTC endorsement guides.
6. Marketing materials. Use the materials Acidni provides without modifying product claims or pricing.
7. Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes. A W-9 or W-8 is required before payout.
8. No agency. You are an independent contractor and cannot bind Acidni.
9. Changes. Acidni may change these terms with 30 days' notice. Earned commissions are honored.
10. Liability. Limited to unpaid commissions owed. [Governing law to be determined by counsel.]
